MINTSIGHT is a layer that sits on top of existing copay workflows and predictively personalizes and optimizes copay offer structures in real-time. It leverages patient profiles, regional behavior, pharmacy habits, payer dynamics, and therapy progression — using machine-learned micro-segmentation.

How It Works (Non-Disruptively):
• No changes to existing copay card, adjudication, or enrollment infrastructure.
• The Copay Intelligence Grid (CIG) receives non-PHI data through existing nightly SFTP/API logs or call center data.
• It analyzes anonymized prescribing patterns, drop-off points, payer rejection codes, ZIP-level socioeconomics, and patient behavior across the copay lifecycle.
• CIG recommends micro-adjustments to offer levels, refill incentives, or outreach scripts — tailored per patient subgroup or territory.
